You No Longer Have To Include A Person's Handle To Reply On Twitter

Beginning today, Twitter (TWTR) - Get Report will allow users to reply to a tweet without having to include the characters of the person's username. The effort is part of a broader concept allowing Twitter users more room to tweet without altering the 140-character limit. Twitter first announced the update last May, however it's just rolling out the feature now because it wanted to give partners the opportunity to prepare for longer tweets.
