With World Monopoly Day on the way on March 19, Hasbro (HAS) - Get Report has asked its fan base to make a critical decision. Which game pieces will make their way to the next generation of Monopoly players?
To adapt to a changing audience, Hasbro is prompting the Internet to choose between classic game pieces such as Scottie the terrier and the car, and over 50 new tokens, including a hash tag and emojis. Voting is open until Jan. 31 and the results will be revealed on World Monopoly Day.
