Bob Lord, Yahoo's chief security officer spoke at the TechCrunch Disrupt NY conference in Manhattan on Monday. The main topic of discussion was a 2014 hack had left about 500 million user accounts comprised, it was regarded as the largest data breach of a single site in history. The stolen data did not include sensitive financial data, such as credit card or bank account information, but it did include passwords, birth dates, names and telephone numbers, among other things.
