The turnover at Yahoo's (YHOO) board suggests a failure of oversight, according to Ronald Orol, Senior Editor at The Deal. Orol reports that Yahoo has had 47 different directors since 1995. He said corporate governance experts believe frequent churn on the board is a negative for long-term focus and strategy.
