As a women today, you can empower yourself and create your own track. Invest in yourself. Create your own life, says Alli McCartney, managing director at UBS (UBS) .

So female entrepreneurship is winning, as we have heard before from people like Sallie Krawcheck.

Because getting women to the top in corporate America, while necessary, still is hard because no matter who you are, your life is not your own.

And women want more control, says McCartney, who has about $1.5 billion in assets under managment.

But it's not just about control of their own lives -- its about being heard and realizing that their point of view matters to sales and a company's bottom line.

So we at #AlphaRising are still calling for inclusivity.

Sadly, financial services barely has heard  the call.

So watch the video above to hear what women are asking for -- and start listening.
