Don't expect the rotation out of technology stocks to end anytime soon. 

That's the assessment of Quint Tatro, managing director at Joule Financial.

Facebook's (FB) data security woes, threats of regulation and high valuations have put pressure on the technology sector in recent weeks, which comprises of 25% of the S&P 500.

Tatro expects money to be moved into the financials and materials sectors instead.
