Rovio Entertainment Oy is going public.
Rovio Entertainment Corp., the maker of the popular mobile game Angry Birds, has gone public with a market cap of $1 billion
The company had said that its initial offering price of €11.50 was oversubscribed.
The IPO, which was announced on Sept. 5, saw the company offer 37,073,010 shares to private individuals/entities in Finland, Sweden and Denmark and to institutional investors in Finland and internationally
All the shares offered will have voting rights.
