Who Is Randal Quarles?

Randal Quarles expected to be President Trump's pick as the Fed's Vice Chairman for Bank Supervision. He is a former Under Secretary of the Treasury in the George W. Bush administration. Quarles is a co-founder of Salt Lake City based Investment group Cynosure. He represented the U.S. in the G7 and G20. 

Quarles is a former Exec. Director of the International Monetary Fund. He graduated from Columbia University and Yale Law School.
