China tops Development Counsellors International list of the best countries for investment opportunities. China garnered 30 percent of the respondents votes followed by the United Kingdom, Germany then India and Brazil to round out the top five. DCI's president Andrew Levine said he was surprised China wasn't a standout favorite at number one. With its massive population tapping into China's growing middle-class could be hugely profitable for companies. Levine also shared his thoughts on how the latest crackdowns by the U.S. government on tax inversions will alter future rankings. TheStreet's Susannah Lee has details from New York.
