Where are the Women Leading Brands like Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works?
L BRands has no women in it's c-suite and just two on its board
L (LB) - Get Report Brands is home to Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Pink, Henri Bendel and other names popular with women. But you won't find any in the company's c-suite and only two on its board. One of those women happens to be married to L Brands' CEO. Alicia McElhaney looked into the company and using BoardEx data found women make up just 35% of its current executive portfolio. That includes brand presidents and vice presidents. L Brands declined to comment on this story. The company's stock is down about 24% on the year.
