Jack Ma, the executive chairman of e-commerce giant Alibaba (BABA - Get Report) , said he hires people who are smarter than him.

Speaking at the World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting being held in Davos, Switzerland, he said, "People who four, five years later could be my boss. I'd love to work for him."

"I like people, who are positive and don't easily give up," he added.

During an almost one hour long conversation, Ma gave his insights on doing business, values, entrepreneurship and much more.

Ma also advised business leaders never to worry about competition and pressure.

 "If you worry about pressure, don't be a businessman." he said. "Today, the great thing is everybody worries about everything."

The four-day conference being held in the Swiss ski resort of Davos, houses world leaders and the top executives of major companies worldwide.
