Pharmacy benefit manager Express Scripts (ESRX) used the earning's call to pass much of the blame for high drug prices onto pharmaceutical companies. One statistic that stuck out: While prices of branded drugs increased 11% in 2016, the company kept the increase at 2.5% for its clients. Express Scripts' shares were steady following the call. Prices have increased just 1.35% this year.
