Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen is back on Capitol Hill on Wednesday, February 15. Yellen is testifying before the House Financial Services Committee and is expected to reiterate her comments made to the Senate on Tuesday that it would be "unwise" to wait too long to raise interest rates. As for earnings, Pepsico (PEP) - Get Report , Cisco (CSCO) - Get Report and Hilton Worldwide (HLT) - Get Report release earnings on Wednesday. It's a busy day on the economic calendar with the consumer price index and retail sales released at 8:30 a.m. EST and industrial production figures out at 9:15 a.m. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
