What to Watch Tuesday: Verizon, Lockheed Martin Report Earnings

On Tuesday, January 24, investors await a host of quarterly earnings reports. Verizon Communications (VZ) - Get Report is expected to release earnings of $0.89 a share on sales of $32.09 billion. During the same quarter a year ago, Verizon also posted earnings of $0.89 a share on revenue of $34.25 billion. Investors will also be looking for any details on the company's pending acquisition of Yahoo! (YHOO) . Lockheed Martin (LMT) - Get Report , Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) - Get Report and 3M Company (MMM) - Get Report also release earnings on Tuesday.
