For Tuesday October 13, TheStreet highlights the kick-off of bank earnings. We start the morning with Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) reporting before the market open and then JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is the one to look out for, along with Intel (INTC), coming out its latest quarterly financial data after the closing bell. When JPMorgan Chase releases its third quarter earnings data, analysts are calling for $1.37 a share on revenue of $23.7 billion. The company will likely see a year-over-year earnings increase but revenue is expected to be a little lower than last year's numbers. There are several things to look out for on the economic calendar. St. Louis Fed head James Bullard is speaking on the economy and monetary policy in Washington at 8 a.m. Eastern, and then the Redbook comes out shortly after. Then in the afternoon, the U.S. Treasury releases its budget report for the month of September. TheStreet's U-Jin Lee reports in New York.
