On Tuesday, December 13, the Federal Reserve's two-day policy meeting begins. Investors are pricing in a 95% chance that the Fed announces a hike to short-term interest rates. Such a decision, won't be announced until the Fed releases its December statement at 2 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday.
