Investors are gearing up for another busy week of economic developments in Europe, following last week's decision from the European Central Bank to keep benchmark interest rates unchanged. On Monday, Germany's Ifo Business Climate Index is released. 'This is a very important indicator for Germany,' said Antonia Oprita, a senior editor and columnist for Real Monday, based in London. 'It shows how optimistic the businesses there are about the business environment.' The survey in April is expected to rise to 107, from 106.7 in March. She said this reflects optimism about the European Central Bank's move in March to cut its deposit rate further into negative territory and raise its pace of monthly asset purchases to 80 billion euros. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
