The IPO is highly anticipated and could raise more than $21 billion dollars. On the earnings front, software company Oracle Corp. will report its fiscal first quarter results. Investors will look for progress against its smaller rivals. On the U.S. economic calendar, the Commerce Department will report Housing starts for the month of August. And, the Philadelphia Federal Reserve’s numbers for business activity in September is due out. In Scotland, voters will decide whether to declare independence from the United Kingdom.
