On Tuesday, President Trump said the United States will withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal.

Ian Winer, co-head of equities at Wedbush Securities, said the oil price declines from the decision are good for stocks, inflation fears and the consumer.

As for defense stocks, he's bullish on the sector amid the increase in U.S. spending on defense.
