What GM CEO Mary Barra Needs to Say on Capitol Hill

GM CEO Mary Barra is set to testify before two congressional committees this week. Chris Malone, Founder of Fidelum Partners says there are five things Barra needs to say, and pledge to do, to redirect the ignition switch crisis which is plaguing the automaker. Malone says the lessons for GM and Mary Barra are clear...they should not allow internal attorneys to focus the company on minimizing legal and financial liability because the severe reputation damage could be far more costly in the end.
