The largest lottery drawing in history takes place on Wednesday night. The jackpot stands at $1.5 billion and the winning numbers will be announced at 10:59 pm Eastern. Meanwhile, Republican presidential candidates are gearing up for their first debate of 2016, which airs on Thursday night on Fox Business Network. Though you won't be seeing Kentucky Senator Rand Paul and former HP CEO Carly Fiorina on the main stage. They've been bumped to the undercard debate amid falling poll numbers. And oil prices pared some of their earlier gains Wednesday as government data showed elevated levels of gasoline inventories. Brent crude fell below $30 a barrel at one point Wednesday.
