Ever since Amazon (AMZN) - Get Report announced it would buy Whole Foods (WFM) last year, lovers of "Whole Paycheck" have wondered how the move would change their shopping experience.

While Amazon initially announced some price cuts and put Alexa on the shelves, we haven't seen a ton of movement at the supermarket.

Well, that is about to change. Amazon announced that beginning on February 8, it will begin offering free two-hour Whole Food grocery delivery via its Prime Now service. One-hour delivery is also available for $7.99 on orders of $35 or more, which isn't terribly hard to accomplish at Whole Foods.

Where will it be available first? Austin, Texas, as well as in Cincinnati, Dallas, and Virginia Beach, Va.

Here's to hoping it hits NYC some time soon...
