Amid reports that CVS Health (CVS) - Get Report is in discussions to purchase health insurance giant Aetna (AET) for $66 billion, TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer thinks regulators would approve such a deal. 

"It's pro consumer so I think they would," Cramer said. "It's very different from a Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) - Get Report - Rite Aid (RAD) - Get Report ."
