Amid the UBS price target raise of Bristol-Myers (BMY) - Get Report to $72 a share from $62, TheStreet's Founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said Bristol Myers doesn't have much in the pipeline, while Eli Lilly (LLY) - Get Report does.
"People are always going to buy Bristol Myers," Cramer said.
