However, the shares have rebounded since plummeting in October and now, focus is on things like the company's technology and operations, which have kept it out in front of competitors. As the price of gas continues to fall -- and as U.S. energy initiatives keep gaining momentum -- Exxon-Mobil shares could get gassed-up for a run on public markets, which would benefit the Oracle of Omaha, as well as other investors.
