Walmart's shelves will be extra stuffed with Disney 'Frozen' products this holiday season. The company will also be offering real-time price matching this year via its new Savings Catcher app. Yet, there is one problem at Walmart that has nothing to do with the holidays. It can't seem to sell cheap food. Walmart's grocery business represents 56% of its annual sales, and sales in the third quarter were unchanged year-over-year. That lackluster performance followed unchanged sales in the second quarter, and a decline in the first quarter.
