Wall Street looks set for a monster rally at the open Tuesday as nervous investors were soothed by possible additional stimulation from the Chinese government. Also, Chinese government regulators unveiled plans for 'circuit breakers' aimed at preventing heavy selling during times of extreme market volatility. Amazon (AMZN) is reportedly going to sell a $50 tablet. The Wall Street Journal says the 6 inch tablet will cost half the price of the current Fire device and will be available in time for the holidays. Amazon is also reportedly going to sell new 8 inch and 10 inch devices. Disney (DIS) is expanding Movies Anywhere. The cloud based digital movie service the company added last year is adding more partners, including Amazon video and Microsoft Movies and TV. Users will be able to buy a digital movie once--from any digital retailer--and be able to access it on any device.
