Stocks rallied Monday thanks to renewed optimism Hillary Clinton will become the next president of the United States. The Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500 and Nasdaq all jumped about 2%, rebounding after several days of decline on fears Donald Trump might win on Tuesday. The prediction markets reacted as well. John Aristotle Phillips, chief executive of U.S.-based prediction market PredictIt, spoke with TheStreet about how traders see Election 2016 turning out. The prediction markets and broader markets have moved in tandem throughout the cycle.
