President Obama will be in New York today to address the UN General Assembly. He will announce a new executive order at the Climate Summit focusing on international development programs. Facebook (FB) will introduce a new advertising platform. The Wall Street Journal is reporting the product is designed to help marketers better target Facebook users. In a rare public statement, Apple (AAPL) denied claims from TechCrunch that the company was planning to shut down Beats. Apple acquired the music streaming service in May for $3 billion.
