Quinnipiac University Polling Institute released a poll on Tuesday revealing how voters assess the 2016 presidential race. The report says former presidential candidate Mitt Romney and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush are the top candidates for the Republicans, while former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is the winner by far, with 57% of the vote. If she runs against Romney in the general election, the poll says he gets 45% of the vote to Clinton's 44%. Voters give Clinton a 50-45% favorability rating, which is higher than 44-42% for Romney and 33-32% for Bush. TheStreet's Scott Gamm has details from New York.
