A shortage of housing inventory is likely to push home prices higher in 2018.
That's the assessment from Samantha DeBianchi, founder of DeBianchi Real Estate, based in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and a cast member of Bravo TV's Million Dollar Listing Miami.
"This year alone we've seen 12% fewer homes than last year," she said, adding that home prices are expected to rise 4% in 2018.
