The broader stock market is back on the rise with the Nasdaq at a record high and the S&P 500 on the verge of retesting the critical 2,800 level.
But that doesn't mean volatility in the stock market is going away.
"I actually think volatility is not dead," said Kenny Polcari, managing director at O'Neil Securities. "I actually think volatility is not dead - I think that investors and traders have to be very conscious of the news in the headlines."
