President Trump is expected to nominate a Federal Reserve Chair on Thursday. TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said he favors Jerome Powell for the job.
Powell is a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and spent years at private equity firm The Carlyle Group (CG) - Get Report .
The term of current Chair Janet Yellen expires in February 2018.
