Amid Procter & Gamble's (PG) - Get Report mixed quarterly results, TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said the company is in a challenged business.

"This is a market that's driven by industrial earnings, weaker dollar - it's a market of United Technologies and Honeywell (HON) - Get Report - people do not want the consumer products stories," he said.
