Broadcom (AVGO) - Get Report is finalizing candidate nominations for Qualcomm's (QCOM) - Get Report board, according to a CNBC report. TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer thinks Broadcom CEO Hock Tan will pay a very good price for Broadcom. 

"I continue to believe that Broadcom works its way higher," Cramer said.
