"If Time Warner-AT&T is being blocked by Justice, these would be blocked," Cramer said.
There's also curiosity if Amazon (AMZN) - Get Report jumps in to the mix to purchase Fox assets. Earlier this month, reports suggested Disney (DIS) - Get Report was looking to acquire Fox properties.
