Amid news that IBM (IBM) - Get Report chief financial officer Martin Schroeter is moving to the role of senior vice president of global markets, TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said this is not a demotion.
The new role was once held by current CEO Ginny Rometty, a sign that Schroeter is being groomed for CEO.
