VF Corporation to Sell Contemporary Brands Businesses For $120M

Shares of VF corporation (VFC) - Get Report  were down slightly on Thursday. This comes on news that the company is selling its contemporary brands businesses to Delta Galil Industries (DELTY) . The brands included in the transaction are 7 for All Mankind, Splendid and Ella Moss. VF Corporation says the sale is expected to close in the third quarter of this year. The selling price is $120 million, but is subject to some adjustments.
