How's the economy looking?
Jerome Powell is feeling good about the economy, or so he said in a "60 Minutes" interview over the weekend.
The U.S. economy remains "in a good place," but it's not nearly as mobile as it was in past generations, said Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell in a sweeping interview Sunday evening on CBS News' "60 Minutes."
Kenny Polcari, managing principal at Butcher Joseph Asset Management, talked to TheStreet about how he feels about the economy.
So, how does Polcari feel about the economy?
"I think the US economy is good. US macro data is good. PMI's have been strong. So we're getting robust economic data. A little bit mixed lately, but overall it's still robust, and so the US economy feels good, so I'm okay with it. And I do agree with what he said last night about where we are and where the Fed thinks we are and you know, kind of the path that we're on," said Polcari.
