Upward Mobility Still Alive Despite Inequality Talk Says ‘Shark’ Herjavec

Upward mobility still exists in America despite recent talk that the country is no longer the land of opportunity, said Robert Herjavec, CEO of the Herjavec Group. Herjavec, who also stars on 'Shark Tank' and 'Dancing With the Stars', added that the inequality gap is not too big in America, but the education gap has widened too far due to the immense cost of a college education. He said the Sharks on his show want the lowest production costs for their goods and offshore manufacturing is fine if it creates a higher value back home. Finally, Herjavec said there are too many regulations constricting business owners now, but it is easier to roll back rules than add new ones in the heat of a crisis.
