Upstart Juice Company Pure Green Wants to Become a National Brand
A New York-based juice company is eyeing national expansion, riding the trend of healthier eating.
Upstart juice and smoothie company Pure Green sees big growth opportunities in the healthy eating trend. Pure Green has three retail locations in New York, and Ross Franklin, founder and CEO, says construction work is beginning on three additional New York locations. Franklin wants Pure Green to become a national brand, and he's looking at expanding to Boston, the West Coast, and Florida. While big organic companies have struggled, Franklin says Pure Green benefits from being small, and is locally sourcing its ingredients. Franklin adds he would consider partnering with other companies as Pure Green continues to expand.
