Under Armour (UA) - Get Report shares were higher Thursday following a management reshuffle, including the appointment of Kip Fulks as its chief product officer. Fulks is a former partner of founder and CEO Kevin Plank and has held a series of executive positions since Under Armour's 2005 initial public offering. Plank said the new appointment has played an instrumental role in building the Under Armour brand over the past 20 years, and that the management changes are likely to help its brand 'push new boundaries.'
