UK Prime Minister Theresa May delivers her first big speech on Brexit this Tuesday, which will be one of the highlights in the week ahead. Real Money's Antonia Oprita says May has been secretive about the speech, and investors are very eager to hear her plan. On Thursday, the ECB holds a meeting, followed by a news conference from ECB President Mario Draghi. Oprita says he faces a dilemma because while figures show inflation is on the rise in the Eurozone, it's too soon for the Central Bank to raise interest rates .
