The biggest tech unicorn of them all, ridesharing giant Uber, finally filed its detailed papers with the SEC to go public on Thursday, and everyone was poring over them to look for trends and comparisons with rival Lyft (LYFT) , which has had a rocky start since its debut as a public company. 

TheStreet's tech columnist Eric Jhonsa noted a number of worrisome trends in Uber's recent performance, and as a result, thinks the company likely won't seek as high a valuation as it was expected to.
