The Senate bill is expected to repeal key elements of the Affordable Care Act, including restructuring healthcare subsidies & cutting Medicaid funding. Medicaid spending would be rolled back over a four-year period beginning in 2020.
The Senate has said will no vote without a CBO Score. A CBO analysis of the House GOP's bill estimated it would cause 23 million Americans to lose health insurance.
