Target (TGT) - Get Report , Best Buy (BBY) - Get Report , and Gap (GPS) - Get Report  among the retailers whose chief executives will attend a White House meeting. The topics expected to be discussed include infrastructure and tax reform. The retailers are expected to emphasize that they are against the border tax, saying it would raise prices of clothing for American shoppers. Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen will return to Capitol Hill today for a second day of testimony. Her comments on interest rates yesterday helped send stocks to fresh record highs. Humana (HUM) - Get Report  says it will pull all of its business from Obamacare. It says it sees further signs of an unbalanced risk pool and will stop offering policies under the Affordable Care Act on January 1, 2018. Other large insurers have lost money on the Obamacare exchanges because of a risk pool that has been sicker and older, and thus more expensive to insure.
