U.K. Police Respond to Major Incident at London Bridge

London Metropolitan Police are responding to what could be two major incidents in central London Saturday that reports suggest involved a speeding van deliberately targeting pedestrians near a busy commuter station and gunfire in a nearby restaurant district.

In an incident that resembles the attack on Westminster Bridge on March 22 that killed four people and injured 50 others, witness reports say the van may have been speeding as fast as 50 miles per hour along the narrow city street before veering to the sidewalk to strike pedestrians near London Bridge Station.
