Twitter has combined its revenue product and consumer product organizations in an effort to streamline the business, according to a source familiar with the matter. The new unit will be headed by Kevin Weil, Twitter's former vice president of revenue product. Daniel Graf, formerly head of consumer product, will stay with the company in another role. This, after Twitter released quarterly results on Monday, which Bank of America Merrill Lynch analyst Justin Post called solid, but noted they did not match high-end expectations for revenues, earnings per share and monthly active users. He said, 'Fourth-quarter guidance suggests the ramp will not be consistent or as fast as we expected to drive stock higher near-term, and we have less confidence in the long-term monthly active users ramp.'
