Twitter (TWTR) - Get Report says it has hired Keith Coleman to lead its product team, but for the most part it has been a revolving door at the micro-blogging site over the past year. Coleman is the third executive to lead the product team this year. Mostly, c-suite occupants have been leaving the company. On Thursday, Twitter Dublin's Managing Director said he would leave his post. In November, COO Adam Bain announced he was leaving. January saw the biggest shakeup, when CEO Jack Dorsey announced four departures. Add to that, last December's departure of the company's head of video.
