Twitter may have joined the rank of the Beliebers. The social network is said to be eyeing a selfie app called 'Shots' that's backed by the pop star. After an apparently accidental tweet sent by the Twitter CEO, there's been much speculation around which company Twitter is looking to acquire. The Justin Bieber-backed app has reportedly had talks with Twitter but refused to comment on the speculation. Shots has a user base of more than 3 million, about two-thirds of which are women under 24. Bieber frequently uses the app to send pictures of himself to his million of fans. The app allows users to share photos of themselves to their network but doesn't allow comments or direct messaging, to avoid bullying.
